So we’ve finally go the paperwork back from the lawyer and the state and the LLC is formed. This is a big step for us as we can now officially do business as VirtualSmith, LLC. We have a lot planned for the upcoming weeks including an updated website, new services being offered and partnerships being formed with a lot of the companies that we’ll do business with. This includes VirtualIron, Cisco, Neoware and VMWare to name a few. Some the newest services that we will be debuting are:

• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) - Remotely hosted and installed on site
• Network security audits - These include server, perimeter, internal and physical checks
• Virtualization jump start packages - Quick setup and training of virtual environments (for those companies who want to get into the virtualization game)
